Q2. How do I send the requirement list for checking if I have a long list of items?
Use the Enquiry Form to contact us and we will reply you with our email address. You may wish to send your requirements using our RFQ Form.
 
Q3. What information is required to check the price of a product?
Please specify Part/Model Number, desired Quantity and Description in the form.
 
Q4. What are the accepted currencies?
We accept U.S. Dollar (USD) for international orders.
Both U.S. Dollar (USD)and Singapore Dollar (SGD) are accepted for local orders.
 
Q5. What is the currency of the prices posted at your website?
Prices posted at our website are in U.S. Dollars (USD).
 
Q6. I do not have a US Dollar bank account, can I pay in my own currency?
We only accept payments in U.S. Dollar (USD) and Singapore Dollar (SGD). Please approach the customer service officers at your bank for more information on making your payment in U.S. Dollar (USD).
